NADEC’s Blow Molding Factory Launched 2016/12/15
The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) inaugurated its new blow molding factory in Haradh last Sunday, in the presence of Sheik Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, NADEC’s Chairman, as well as the Board Members. The factory has been established with the latest standards and environment-friendly technologies.
Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Babtain, NADEC’s MD and CEO, indicated: “This project aims to meet the plastic requirements for dairy plants, especially after production increased to reach 3.4 million pack/day. The factory will enhance quality control, reduce costs as dairy plants and molding factory exist in the same location, provide affordable products for our customers, and create an integrated system for producing dairy and juice plastic packs to the highest international standards, taking into account the potential increase of production capacity according to future growth plans.”
For his part, Sheikh Suleiman Al-Rajhi lauded NADEC’s rapid-pace development over the past years, where production increased from 180k liters in 2003 to 1.2m liters in 2016, and dairy cattle increased from 18k to 75k, while providing all means to maintain product quality. This is in addition to NADEC’s firm belief in its role in contributing to food security and actively taking part in achieving our wise leadership’s Vision 2030, of which NADEC will be part through its loyal and dedicated employees.
