Over 3000 sales staff attended 12 Sales Conferences in the Middle East

Riyadh, February 20th, 2014 - This week marked the end of a series of 11 sales conferences named Road Shows that took place throughout the Middle East region, starting mid-January. The various locations including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Haradh, Abha, Gizan, Qassim, Bahrain, Kuwait, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, welcomed over 3000 sales staff.

Patrick Satamian, Chief Executive Officer of Nadec Foods stated: Nadec is a dairy foods company which strongly believes in people motivation, engagement and support. It is important for the sales staff of one of the largest dairy company in the region to be involved with the company’s top management and also to see how their work is supported by impactful marketing, merchandising and logistic programs. 

During the Road Shows, sales staffs were exposed to the various support programs presented by a number of General Managers who attended, while the top performing staff behind the yearly 20% growth rate received CEO awards.

Greeting so many sales staff involves a lot of extra organization, for example transportation, lodging, food & beverage, whilst at the same time keeping the sales service levels to customers.  For this reason, Nadec makes exception twice a year so that the sales staff can attend these events and leave more motivated and engaged.
