Sedentary Life

Side effects of a sedentary life

Whether you occasionally exercise or you don’t at all, means you have a sedentary life. This can lead to a countless number of side effects and chronic diseases.

The most dangerous side effects include;

  • Diabetes
  • Cancer
  • Hypertension
  • Gallbladder disease
  • Heart disease or stroke
  • Back and neck pain
  • Sleep quality
  • Obesity
  • Osteoporosis
  • Anxiety and psychological disorders

Those medical problems are interrelated and will eventually lead to premature death.

You can easily prevent those undesirable problems, by having regular workouts and preventing yourself from sitting for more than two hours without standing up and walking around for at least five to ten minutes.
