Sweety yoghurt

Is an extremely healthy snack that gives you a boost to continue your day. It is highly rich in vitamins and minerals, but also helps you enhance your digestion.


  • ½ cup of Nadec Skimmed Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 5 raisins
  • 5 almonds
  • ½ peach or ½ banana or any desirable fresh fruit
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Mix the ingredients together, and add on the top the honey. Serve cool.

Avocado Smoothie

Is an excellent refreshing smoothie that gives you a combination of benefits from both the avocado, the milk, and the honey making it a good source of omega 3, vitamins D, E, C, and K, potassium, folate, and calcium.


  • ½ a cup of Nadec skimmed milk
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ¼ cup of Nadec Fresh Mango Juice
  • 1 small banana

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and homogeneous. Chill until ready to serve. Decorate with a mint leaf.

Pesto Creamy Cheesy

For salty snacks lovers. It is an excellent source of proteins, calcium, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.


  • 3 tablespoons of Nadec Cream Cheese
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 3 basil leaves chopped
  • ¼ cup of mashed pistachios
  • 2 teaspoons of Nadec Olive Oil

Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy eating the healthy dip with fresh vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, cucumber, etc.

  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar

Mix the ingredients and enjoy eating the dip with fresh vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, zucchini, broccoli, etc.
